Your profile uses only your first name and last initial.
How do I sign in?
Use Face ID, your fingerprint, your device PIN, or a security key. Your device handles this check. The app never receives your face scan, fingerprint, or PIN.
How do I set up my account?
Choose Set up account, enter the one-time code your manager gave you, and create a passkey on your phone or computer. Your account may need manager approval afterward. No email address, phone number, password, or download is needed.
Using a new phone?
On the phone you already use, open Settings, then Your phones, then Add a phone. On the new phone, choose Add this phone on the sign-in page and scan the code. The new phone gets its own passkey on the same account, with no new approval. The code works once and expires after 10 minutes.
Lost a phone, or all of them?
If you still have another phone, remove the lost one in Settings, under Your phones. That signs it out. If you have no phone left, ask your manager to reset your sign-in. Your manager must check it’s you first.
